Mysterious Atlantic Coast Fireball

Residents along the mid-Atlantic coast spotted a huge fireball last night—likely a meteor—followed by an explosion and a loud noise minutes later, the Virginian-Pilot reports. “This brilliant green meteor was probably two or three times brighter than the moon,” says one amateur astronomer who spotted the flash. “Then it turned orange with a white core and disappeared.”

This time Weyauwega, Wisconsin is reported to be the location of UFO photos. Just outside Green Bay – Weyauwega is a small lakeside town. Wisconsin has often been associated UFO sightings and strange lights in the sky. Recently however, Wisconsin has been reporting increased UFO activity. If you live in Wisconsin, don’t leave home without your video camera! Seeing images like these in motion would tell us a lot more about the origin of the craft pictured.
